Which tax-relevant information do I have to provide?

zanox uses the credit note procedure to pay out confirmed commissions to our publishers. Credit notes have to fulfill the same legal requirements as invoices, including the specification of a tax number or a VAT number (according to German VAT law).

Whether you have to specify any tax information and which information you have to provide depends on your country of residence and the fact whether you are a small business / private person or a company.
